ORBEA OCCAM CARBON

Most of the excellent features of the OCCAM CARBON are reflected in its ALU version. Its robust, complete and at the same time simple suspension system, the most sophisticated swingarm currently available, the extreme operating smoothness, the care for every detail…We have designed a front triangle for this model that is made of Aluminium 7005, characterised by its specifically hydroformed tubes of variable thickness. Its streamlined design merges perfectly with the swingarm and the low ratio suspension system, providing a platform tailored to suit the most demanding biker seeking a top performance in all kinds of situations and on all types of terrains.

ORBEA OCCAM CARBON TEAM

The OCCAM model with an 115mm travel has a monopivot frame, with a carefully placed pivot point and the most ingenious design process ever undertaken. Carbon monocoque technology on the front triangle, made with the latest generation fibres. Including the patented downtube with stiffening properties and protective effect, reinforced attachment area for the shock-absorber and protected by trim flats and an oversized composite structure on the pivot point to eliminate even the slightest stretching. The swingarm, consisting of a large cold-forged piece in an “H” shape, is the mainstay of the rear structure. Attached to it by robot-made welds are the ground-breaking aluminium monocoque flats, key to ensuring the suspension’s strength and reliability. Compounding this are sealed bearings, internal cabling on the swingarm, solid hard-anodised 7075 aluminium nuts and bolts, ultra-short chain stays, specific measurements…With its robust and excellent performance, the OCCAM proves that keeping it simple is not only the best option, but also the most effective, practical and versatile.

ORBEA PELLEJO

ORBEA RALLON 6.7

The Rallon 6.7 is so up-to-date it’s almost frightening. Get a load of this! The most hardcore technology of the Rallon system presents us with an adjustable 135 – 170mm travel, which means you can also adjust the rear progression. More things. Detachable rear ends with the option of a standard 135mm auxiliary axle or a 12x150mm Maxle© for total strength. There’s still more. A 1.5” oversized headset and forks with 180mm of travel with a 20mm auxiliary axle. Wow! MORE STILL. A fully reinforced structure and shape specially designed for Free-Ride in its purest form.
